Kepemimpinan Transposisional Paulus sebagai Tawaran Etis-Teologis bagi Kepemimpinan Politik di Indonesia

Dinamika sosial-politik Indonesia memperlihatkan model kepemimpinan yang cenderung kehilangan dimensi etisnya – termanifestasi dalam bentuk kepemimpinan yang nir-empati, bersifat lip-service, berorientasi pada kepentingan partikular, dan menimbulkan krisis kepercayaan publik. Realitas ini menegaskan perlunya transformasi paradigma kepemimpinan nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode riset literatur dengan pendekatan hermeneutika sosial untuk menganalisis prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan transposisional Paulus berdasarkan analisis terhadap 1 Korintus 9:19–23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga prinsip etis-teologis yang menandai kepemimpinan transposisional Paulus, yaitu pelayanan, empati, dan integritas. Ketiga prinsip ini berakar pada teologi inkarnasi Kristus yang menampilkan inkarnasi sebagai inti dari kepemimpinan sejati. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan transposisional Paulus memberikan kontribusi teologis-etis bagi rekonstruksi paradigma kepemimpinan Indonesia menuju model kepemimpinan yang melayani, partisipatif, dan berintegritas sebagai manifestasi kemerdekaan mengabdi bagi orang lain.
